These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold on this website by Arkad Digital Business ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a digital plan set: build drawings, cut files, 3D model files and supporting documents for a two-seat off-road buggy. You are not buying a vehicle, a kit, parts, materials, or any physical goods. Nothing is shipped.
2. Delivery
Access is delivered electronically. A download link is shown after your payment clears and is also sent to the email address used at checkout. If the link does not arrive within one hour, email rampartoffroad@gmail.com and we will resend it.
It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to check spam or promotional folders.
3. Licence and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files to build vehicles, including vehicles you build for paying customers.
You may not resell, republish, share, upload, distribute or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, whether free or paid. You may not sell the plan set as your own product. One purchase covers one person or one business.
4. No warranty as to fitness or outcome
The plans are provided as reference documentation. We make no warranty that a vehicle built from them will suit any particular purpose, meet any standard, or perform in any specific way. Build quality, material selection, welding, assembly and final inspection are entirely your responsibility.
5. Safety and assumption of risk
Building and operating a homebuilt off-road vehicle carries real risk of serious injury or death. You assume that risk entirely. You are responsible for safe fabrication practice, correct materials, appropriate safety equipment including restraints and roll protection, and safe operation.
These plans describe an off-road vehicle. Road registration requirements vary by state and country and are your responsibility to verify.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, injury, loss of profit or loss of time.
7. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and processed by our third-party payment provider. Promotional pricing may change or end at any time without notice. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within the plan set — text, drawings, models, images and layout — is protected and remains the property of its respective owner. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.
