Refund Policy

60 days. No questions asked. If the plans aren't what you expected, or you decide the build isn't for you, email us within 60 days of purchase and we refund every cent.
How to request a refund
Send an email to rampartoffroad@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number or the name on the order. Put "Refund" in the subject line.
You do not need to explain why. There is no form to fill out and nothing to return — the product is digital.
How long it takes
We approve refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
Currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your own bank are set by that bank and are outside our control.
After a refund
Your licence to use the files ends when the refund is issued. You agree to delete the downloaded files and stop using them.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first. We would rather refund you directly and quickly than have you go through your bank — it is faster for you and simpler for us.
